How to use
Pour the desired amount of water or another liquid into Shaker, add the powdered supplement, screw on the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
After each use, wash Shaker by hand with warm water and a mild detergent or in the dishwasher, then leave it to dry completely before storing it.
