Deadlines:
If you purchase the package by 11:59 PM on the 15th of the month, the plan will start on the 1st of the following month;
From midnight on the 16th onwards, the plan will start on the 1st of the second following month.

EXAMPLE 1: purchase on March 15 → starts April 1;
EXAMPLE 2: purchase on March 16 → starts May 1.

Graphic changes can be requested within 2 working days after receiving the Editorial Plan.

You can submit your own photos/videos to be edited and included in the plan, if sent within 5 working days of the purchase date.

If you purchase a bi-monthly package, timelines will remain the same for each month.
