How to use
Apply the mud from the ankle to just below the breasts, wrap with cling film or cartene, and leave on for at least 40 minutes.
Remove the mud with lukewarm water.
For the final rinse, use cold water from bottom to top to support the microcirculation.
For an intensive action, prepare the skin beforehand with SCRUB CELL or DRY BRUSHING and, before the mud, apply a specific serum (SIERO SNELLENTE, SIERO RICCO or SIERO MIDRENA).
