How to use

1. Miriduce Abdomen Wraps
   Apply to the abdominal area following the instructions for use. Leave on for the recommended time, then remove without rinsing.
   Use twice a week.
2. Thermo Cream
   Apply to the abdomen with circular massage movements until fully absorbed. A warming sensation is normal.
   Use every evening, except on days when patches are applied.
3. Abdomen Patches
   Apply to clean, dry skin and leave on overnight for up to 8 hours.
