Activation timing:
If you purchase by 11:59 PM on the 15th of the month, your plan will start on the 1st of the next month.
If you purchase from 12:00 AM on the 16th, the plan will start on the 1st of the second following month.

EXAMPLE 1: purchase on March 15 → starts April 1
EXAMPLE 2: purchase on March 16 → starts May 1

Graphic changes: can be requested within 2 business days of receiving the plan.
Photos/videos: may be submitted within 5 business days from purchase to be included.
